Zato moramo biti zelo pazljivi, da sedimo za ra\u010dunalnikom pravilno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sledimo naslednjim to\u010dkam:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zravnana dr\u017ea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hrbtenica naj bo vzravnana, hrbet naslonjen na stol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zgornji del rok naj bo ob telesu \u2013 komol\u010dni sklep 90 stopinj.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stopala nog naj bodo v celoti na tleh oz. na podstavku za noge, \u010de nam je na razpolago.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vrat naj ne bo nagnjen preve\u010d naprej ali nazaj.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tipkovnica naj bo od sprednjega roba mize oddaljena cca. 5-10 cm oz. toliko, da lahko pred tipkovnico naslonimo zapestje rok.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>STOL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stol na katerem sedimo mora biti nastavljiv po vi\u0161ini. Stol naj ima naslonja\u010d za ledveno podporo. Omogo\u010da naj nagib za 100-100 stopinj \u2013 vzravnana dr\u017ea spro\u0161\u010dena in rahlo nagnjena. Kolena naj bodo malenkost vi\u0161je kot sedi\u0161\u010de. Stopala nog naj po\u010divajo ravno na tleh ali na podstavku za noge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RA\u010cUNALNI\u0160KI MONITOR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monitor naj bo postavljen pred nami. Zgornji del zaslona pa na vi\u0161ini o\u010di. S tem se izognemo krivljenju v vratu. Priporo\u010dljivo je, da gledamo v zaslon z razdalje od 45 do 60 cm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RA\u010cUNALNI\u0160KA TIPKOVNICA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipkovnica naj bo postavljena pred nami na vi\u0161ini, ki omogo\u010da, da so komolci ob strani telesa, ramena spro\u0161\u010dena in zapestje poravnano. Polo\u017eaj podlakti naj bo vzporeden s tlemi. Izogibajmo se prekomerni uporabi sile pri tipkanju.
