V receptu najdemo najbolj pogoste sestavine za peko, priprava pa je tako enostavna, da uspejo vsakomur, ki se jih loti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>400 g moke<br>100 g mletih mandljev (lahko so tudi drugi mleti ore\u0161\u010dki)<br>250 g masla<br>100 g sladkorja v prahu<br>1 vanilin sladkor<br>1 pecilni pra\u0161ek<br>2 jajci<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moko moramo obvezno presejati, ker bo pi\u0161kotna masa bolj rahla. Dodamo mlete mandlje, sladkor v prahu, vanilin sladkor, pecilni pra\u0161ek, maslo sobne temperature in dve jajci. Vse skupaj dobro preme\u0161amo in zamesimo sestavine v homogeno testo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priporo\u010dam, da testo razdelimo na nekaj svaljkov in jih za uro ali dve pustimo v hladilniku. Iz svaljkov zre\u017eemo kolesca iz katerih naredimo svaljke, ki jih oblikujemo v roglji\u010dek. Vsakega posebej zlo\u017eimo ne peka\u010d, ki ga predhodno oblo\u017eimo s papirjem za peko. Med roglji\u010dki naj bo malce prostora, ker se volumen roglji\u010dkov pove\u010da.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peka\u010d z roglji\u010dki vstavimo v pe\u010dico, ki smo jo predhodno segreli na 180\u00b0C. Pe\u010demo jih pribli\u017eno 10 minut \u2013 ko so zlate barve so ravno prav\u0161nji.
