Ne pozabimo moke poprej presejati. Testo vsaj za pol ure postavimo na hladno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medtem pripravimo nadev in sicer zme\u0161amo vse sestavine skupaj, razen borovnic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko je testo dovolj ohlajeno, ga razvaljamo in s testom oblo\u017eimo peka\u010d za testo (pe\u010dak poprej namastimo), ki ga malce preluknjamo z vilicami. Na testo sortiramo en del borovnic, nato pa vlijemo ves nadev. \u010cez nadev razporedimo \u0161e preostali del borovnic. V kolikor bi uporabili zamrznjene borovnice jih predhodni ni potrebno odmrzovati. Tako pripravljen nadevan peka\u010d prestavimo v predhodno segreto pe\u010dico.
